The Ultimate Holistic Female Health and Fertility Resource Guide

Our society sees fertility and our female cycle as a burden, an inconvenience, as something dirty. Our fertility is the opposite of this. Our fertility can tell us so much about the state of our health. Isn’t that incredible? If you’re ready to dive into unlearning everything you’ve known about fertility, and learning about how beneficial it is, this resource guide is for you. This resource guide is best used in conjunction with THE ULTIMATE RESOURCE GUIDE FOR HOLISTIC HEALTH AND NONTOXIC LIVING, or after, as it provides the resources that teach the foundations of health that are essential to a flourishing body and fertility.

We are going to cover:

  • Female health
  • Female fertility
  • Male fertility

Keep in mind, I don’t always resonate with every aspect of every resource. I encourage you to use your own discernment—take what serves you and leave the rest. Everyone’s journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some of these books are still in queue to be read, but I am still listing based on the recommendations of trusted sources.
