Welcome, friend.
I’m Arianna Tomak. I was born on the west coast, but raised in the green fields and forests of the east coast by loving and hardworking Ukrainian parents who gave my siblings and me a magical childhood filled with play and adventure. My life spiraled out of control upon the passing of my parents in my teenage years. I’ve come to realize that my life spiraling out of (my) control was a blessing in disguise. The life I now live and know and cherish would otherwise likely not be the reality of my lifetime. I’ve experienced immense growth, transformation, metamorphosis, and the most incredible freedom in the last decade…true, wholistic freedom and generational restoration. I’ve had the most incredible resources divinely placed on my journey, and they’ve played a major role in who I am today. Of all the titles and roles I carry, one of the dearest ones is a Resource Guide. I love connecting others with helpful resources and being a part of their transformational journey. And this is truly the essence of Well Womanhood. If you are looking for resources related to the topics of harmonious homes and marriages, gentle birthing and gentle parenting, nourished and intentional living, you’ve come to the right place. Start by checking out my resource guides, and send me an email if you can’t find what you’re looking for. I’m so glad you’re here!

my journey to
Mothering The Mothers
When I became pregnant with my first child, I was living in a foreign country with no family or close friends nearby. I had no mother, nor close relations with a mother figure. I felt very alone, but only later did I realize that this was a gift: a fresh canvas to metamorphose into a mother with no external advice or pressure to mold into an unaligned someone. The first book I came across was Ina May’s Guide To Childbirth. The information and stories, while new, felt so familiar and aligned. After a powerful physiological birth experience, my relentless passion for birth work began. Since then, I’ve been immersing myself in endless learning, studying, and serving, as I expand my capabilities in showing up for my community. Take a look through my blog and services to determine whether you align with my offerings, and if interested, email me to schedule a consult with me.

Beyond Formal Training
Alongside my formal certifications and trainings, I have dedicated 2,000+ hours to ongoing study and exploration of topics related to birth, pregnancy, postpartum, mothering, infant development, holistic wellness, and women’s health. This education has taken many forms, including books, research and articles, online courses, webinars, continuing education, mentorship, observation, apprenticeship, and the lived experience of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and motherhood.
Some of the most meaningful learning has also come through witnessing and supporting women through their own births and motherhood journeys. Every family I have had the privilege of working with has taught me something, deepening my understanding of the many ways women experience birth, recover, nourish their babies, and grow into motherhood.
I believe education is never truly finished. I continue to study, ask questions, seek out evidence and diverse perspectives, and learn from both research and lived experience so that I can continue growing in the way I support women and families.
