Herbal Wellness Sessions
Herbal practices have been passed down through generations as a way to support nourishment, wellness, and care through every season of life. My Herbal Wellness Sessions provide personalized education and guidance to help you better understand traditional herbal practices and thoughtfully incorporate them into your family’s wellness rhythms.

Personalized herbal support for everyday wellness
Each herbal wellness session is a personalized opportunity to slow down, explore your unique wellness needs, and learn how traditional herbal practices may support your everyday rhythms. During your initial session, we will begin by discussing your wellness history, lifestyle, daily rhythms, and individual goals. We will explore your body’s constitution through traditional herbal frameworks and use that understanding to guide personalized herbal education and recommendations that honor your unique needs and season of life.
Follow-up sessions provide an opportunity to continue building upon what we discussed during your initial visit. We will revisit your experiences, answer questions, refine your herbal education, and continue exploring supportive practices that fit naturally into your daily life. My goal is to provide thoughtful guidance and education that helps you feel more confident incorporating traditional herbal practices into your family’s wellness rhythms.
For those located in South Carolina, herbal preparations may be available for purchase following your session. After we discuss your wellness history, rhythms, and goals, I may recommend traditional herbal preparations that align with the education we explore together. Herbal products are intended to support your personal wellness practices and are offered alongside education and guidance, not as a replacement for medical care.
My Herbal Education and Training
My journey with herbs has been one of continued learning, personal study, and a deep appreciation for the traditional practices that have been passed down through generations. Over the years, I have studied herbalism through books, hands-on experience, and personal exploration with herbs in my own home and family life.
My formal herbal education includes study through the Herbalista Free School, an herbal education program focused on foundational herbal knowledge, traditional practices, medicine making, and community-based herbal care. I also continue my education through an herbal learning membership with Molly & Herbs, where I receive ongoing education and mentorship through the Hearthmother Herbalist membership.
As with all areas of my work, I believe learning is a lifelong journey. I continue to deepen my understanding of herbs, traditional wellness practices, and thoughtful ways of incorporating herbal education into everyday life. My goal is not to replace medical care, but to offer education, resources, and guidance that help individuals feel more confident exploring traditional herbal practices for their own wellness rhythms.
“Then God said, ‘I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.'”
