The Ultimate Vaccine Resource Guide

March 25, 2025 by ariannatomak

I was vaccinated throughout my childhood. My last experience with vaccines was when I was 17. I got the flu shot because it was required for a hospital internship I was starting. After getting the shot, I was so sick that year and spent more time sick than at my internship. Perhaps this paved the path of questioning vaccines when I was pregnant with my first child. My journey to researching vaccines began when I started to question hospital births and labor interventions, thanks to a couple of natural birthing books a read. From then, the internet algorithm took off and did a great job job at taking me down many rabbit holes, including the vaccine rabbit hole. I’m really grateful to have come upon so many fantastic resources on this topic, and I hope they are helpful to you as well.
I want to remind you that it’s important to take the time to do full research on this topic so that you can make the right decision confidently. It’s crucial that you dedicate time to this. Don’t simply trust a family member, someone on Facebook, or a doctor. You have to live with your health. Your child’s health is most important to you. Make informed, confident decisions. You can always wait. You can always decline. But you can’t undo a vaccine once it is done.

Keep in mind, I don’t always resonate with every aspect of every resource. I encourage you to use your own discernment—take what serves you and leave the rest. Everyone’s journey is unique, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some of these books are still in queue to be read, but I am still listing based on the recommendations of trusted sources.
